It appears that, the order impugned is passed by exercising powers U/Sec. 143 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code. 2.

In view of that, the petitioner will have remedy of appeal under the M. L. R. Code. The petitioner may resort to said remedy as is permissible. In that case all contentions are kept open.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
