O R D E R

So far as civil applications for condonation of delay are concerned, by consent of both the sides, delay stands condoned. Civil applications for delay condonation stand disposed of. 2.

The Registry to register the appeals as per procedure forthwith.

So far as the first appeals stamp number are concerned, these appeals are preferred by the ICICI Lambord General Insurance Company Ltd. feeling aggrieved by the impugned judgment and award passed by the Motor Accident Claim Tribunal, Latur. These appeals are placed before us in today's National Lok Adalat. The appellant/Insurance Company does not want to prosecute with the appeals and filed pursis to that effect. It is taken on record and marked as Art. 'X' for record

The appeals are disposed of as withdrawn. In case, the original claimants/respondents files substantive appeals for enhancement of compensation, the appellant is at liberty to seek for restoration of present appeal. Accordingly, appeals stand disposed of. 5.

The original claimants are entitled to withdraw entire compensation amount, if any, deposited by the appellant in this Court along with the interest accrued thereon.

The amount, if any, deposited in this Court/Registry, shall be paid to the original claimants in terms of award. 7.

The Chairman/Member, Motor Accident Claim Tribunal, Latur be informed accordingly.

The court fee refund certificate be issued as per the rules. 9.
