This is an application for condonation of delay of 3529 days caused in filing the first appeal challenging the impugned judgment and award passed by the Reference Court.

The applicant-Acquiring Body has stated the detail reasons for delay in paragraph No.2 of the application.

It is informed that in all connected matters this court has condoned the delay which was

The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that appropriate orders be passed.

Having regard to the reasons and as the entire decreetal amount has been deposited and delay already condoned in connected matters, I deem it appropriate to condone the delay. In view of that the delay caused in filing the appeal, stands condoned.
