DATE : AUGUST 23, 2021 ORDER :- In connected matter, the Division Bench of this Court, vide order dated 12.08.2021 in Civil Application No.6305 of 2020 in F.A. No.2096 of 2014 and connected matters, has permitted withdrawal of 50% of the amount, on condition of tendering usual undertaking/ affidavit and remaining amount, on furnishing security to the satisfaction of learned Registrar (Judicial). 2.

In view of the above, the applicants herein are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited along with interest accrued thereon, on furnishing usual undertaking and remaining 50% amount, on furnishing security to the satisfaction of learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
