By way of present writ petition, the petitioner is challenging the interim order dated 16.11.2021 by which family court was pleased to adjourn the matter. Thereafter, the matter was listed before the Family Court on various dates.

Considering this aspect of the matter, it appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter and the matter is listed on many occasions and the petitioner has not approached. 4.
