The learned Counsel for the Respondent No.3Headmaster submits that the letter dated 26.03.2014 shall be acted upon in terms of the directions of this Court dated 22.01.2014 in Writ Petition No. 4739/2013 within a period of one week from today. The Respondent No.3- Mr. Hanmant Maroti Waghmare shall not fail in his duties in acting on the said letter as stated. 1 / 3

The learned AGP for Respondent No.1-Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Nanded submits that after the receipt of the pay bills by the Respondent No.3 in tune with the communication dated 26.03.2014, the Education Department shall act on the said pay bills by following the procedure within a period of three weeks and the Education Officer shall not fail in his duties. 3.
Mr. Karne, the learned Counsel for the petitioner is satisfied since the statements made by the Respondent Nos.1 and 3 have been recorded by this Court. He therefore prays that this petition could be disposed of in the light of the said statement. He further acts that if there is any Lapse on the part of the respondents, liberty be granted to initiate further steps for disobedience against them.

The above statements of the Respondent Nos.1 and 3 have been recorded as statements having been made to this Court. Any disobedience of the said statements shall amount to disobedience of the order of this Court.

In the event the petitioner is aggrieved by any Lapse on the part of the respondent, he shall have the liberty to take steps as per the law with regard to the said grievance. Hence, the Contempt petition is disposed of.
