Having heard both sides and finding that the writ petition is yet not disposed of for no fault of the Petitioner, we make this Civil Application absolute in terms of prayer clause (B), which reads thus:- "B) By appropriate writ order or directions in the like nature, the respondent (added) No.6 and 7, may kindly be directed to declare the result of the Applicant seat No.627239 of Final Year of Four Year Degree Course in Engineering for Electronic and Telecommunication course examination held in April, 2017 forthwith and in the event of applicant pass the said final examination then Degree Certificate, passing certificate and mark memo along with original documents may kindly be issued to applicant, till pending and final disposal of the Writ Petition."
