The learned AGP has received a communication from the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Nanded, dated 10.05.2022 along with annexure-18, which indicates that the petitioner is the only eligible candidate enlisted in the list of eligible candidates for compassionate appointment for the Nanded district. The said communication and annexure (two pages) are taken on record and marked as "X-1" collectively, for identification.

The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that

In view of the above, this Contempt Petition stands disposed off.
