1) Heard Mr. Dhage, the learned counsel appearing for the applicants and Mr. Swapnil Patil, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent Reliance General Insurance Company and Mr. Birajdar for respondent no.2 & 3. It is brought to the notice of the Court that original claimant nos. 2 & 3 have been already permitted by this Court to withdraw Rs.1,50,000/- each from the deposited amount. The same criteria needs to be applied in so far as present applicant no.1 is concerned. In view of the fact that the applicant is no.2 is minor, I am not inclined to release any amount from his share. Hence, following order.

ORDER

1.

Applicant no.1 is permitted to withdraw Rs.1,50,000/- (Rs. One lac fifty thousand only) from the deposited amount on furnishing an undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

2.

Civil Application stands disposed of.
