We are not inclined to entertain the writ petition seeking directions against the authority to decide the application for rental compensation.

The application for rental compensation even according to the petitioner is filed on 25.02.2019. The notices are required to be issued to the acquiring body. The acquiring body is required to be heard and then the authority has to decide the application. 3.

If the application is pending with the authority for rental compensation and if the authority does not decide the same
