We are not inclined to entertain the writ petition seeking directions against the authority to decide the application for rental compensation.

The application for rental compensation even according to petitioners is filed on 25.02.2019. The notices are required to be issued to the acquiring body. The acquiring body is required to be heard and then the authority has to decide the application. 3.

If the authority does not decide the application within a reasonable time, then liberty to petitioners to approach this
