By way of filing this petition, the petitioner has sought directions to the respondents to process the proposal submitted by the petitioner for starting 8th standard in the school run by the petitioner at Gangapur.

We direct respondent No.4 to consider the said proposal keeping in view the Government Policy / norms and the fact

6960.16wp that the petitioner has already established and running the primary school up to 7th standard and take a decision, if not already taken, on the pending proposal. In case, the proposal is found to be viable and in accordance with the policy of the Government, forward the same to the competent authority, as expeditiously as possible; however, within four weeks from today.

The petition stands disposed of on the above terms.
