The petitioner has put forth prayer clause (A), which reads as under :- "A) By a writ of mandamus, or any other appropriate writ, or order or directions in the like nature, the respondent No.2 Scrutiny Committee be directed to issue validity certificate in favour of the petitioner as belonging to Tokre Koli Scheduled Tribe expeditiously." 2.
The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that, the father of the petitioner, namely, Kailas Tayade, has received 'Tokre Koli' Scheduled Tribe validity certificate. The said certificate is unquestioned till today. Yet, the claim of the petitioner is rejected. He is presently in the final year of his
7842.22wp (2) Bachelor of Technology (Agriculture) in College of Technology at Jalgaon. He further submits that, the claim of the petitioner for validation, is pending since 24/06/2016.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with the following directions :- (a) The vigilance cell enquiry shall be completed, if not already completed, on or before 15/09/2022, keeping in view that the petitioner's father's vigilance cell enquiry is favourable.
(b) Copy of the vigilance enquiry report be supplied to the petitioner, on or before 30/09/2022.
(c) The petitioner would appear before respondent No.2 - Committee at Nandurbar, on 10/10/2022 at 11.00 a.m. and submit his written submissions before the Committee. (d) The Committee shall arrive at it's decision by passing an order, on or before 15/11/2022.
(e) The Committee shall take into account all such documents, as may be relevant, including the documents pertaining to the validity of the father of the petitioner, which would be supplied by the petitioner.
