This is an application for permitting the applicants to carry out amendment in the original criminal application no. 909 of 2021. The criminal application no. 909 of 2021 was filed for quashing of the FIR. During pendency of that application, chargesheet was filed and the present application is filed for permission to carry out amendment to annex a copy of the charge-sheet.

In the interest of justice and in the changed circumstances, the application is allowed. The applicants are permitted to carry out amendment in criminal application no. 909 of 2021 to annex a copy of the charge-sheet, add additional grounds and to modify the prayer. The amendment shall be carried out within three weeks from today. If the amendment is carried out, list the matter for admission on 08.09.2022.
