Heard both the sides. Seen the prayer clause. The only direction is sought to decide the complaint given to the Collector by the present Petitioner about illegal construction made by Hemraj Choudhari and Amita Choudhari within the local limits of Faizpur Municipal Council in the plot stand in the name of Hemraj and take consequential action like disqualification of the elected member of the Municipal Council on that ground. In view of the nature of relief claimed, this Court is hereby directing the Collector to decide the complaint dated 5th December, 2013, within a period of six months from today, if it is already not decided. In those terms, the petition stands disposed of.
