Learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to correct the crime number and sections in the prayer clause of the application. She further submits that in the order dated 25.07.2025, her appearance may be shown. She further submits that in the order dated 25.07.2025 in para nos.2 and 7 (a), instead of 'Crime No.351/2024', it should be 'Crime No.117/2025' and in the same para, instead of 'Sections 103 (1) and 115 (2) of BNS', it should be 'Sections 179 & 180 of BNS".

Leave is granted to correct the prayer clauses in the application.

In appearance column of the order dated 25.07.2025, appearance of Advocate Ms. Rutuja S. Jakhade - Kulkarni' be shown, so also, in para nos.2 and 7 (a), instead of 'Crime No.351/2024', it be substituted by 'Crime No.117/2025' and in the same paras, instead of 'Sections 103 (1) and 115 (2) of BNS', it be substituted 'Sections 179 & 180 of BNS". 6.

Corrections be made accordingly in the aforesaid order. Motion is disposed of.
