Learned counsel for the respondents has placed on record the communication issued by the Additional Secretary, Maharashtra State, Rural Development Department to the Divisional Commissioner, Nashik Division to the effect that the finance department has not approved the proposal and the proposal has been returned back.

The term of Mondale Group Grampanchayat has come to an end on 08.01.2019. Now it would be for the petitioner to take appropriate steps as is permissible in law. The petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate steps as permissible in law. Writ petition disposed of. No costs.
