Heard learned advocates for the parties.

Having regard to that there is no serious resistance being
{2} ca6784-20 offered on behalf of the respondent - claimants to allow the applications, while applicants refer to that cheque of the amount directed to be deposited is ready and would be deposited in the court, civil applications are allowed in terms of prayer clauses "B" and "C" on the condition that the amount, as directed to be deposited, would be deposited in the court within a period of two weeks from today.

In case of failure to deposit the amount within the time stipulated, interim relief shall cease to operate without further reference to the court.
