The Petitioner earlier approached this Court in Writ Petition No.4778/2020. By our order dated 03.08.2021, the stigmatic termination of contractual service was quashed and set aside. Since the Petitioner was a contractual employee, the order of reinstatement was not issued.

The Petitioner claims to have put in more than 11 years as an employee/Doctor with the Zilla Parishad. Presently, after disengagement from Hingoli, the Petitioner has now joined

*2* 17wp6720o24 the Parbhani Zilla Parishad and is working for little more than six months. A scheme dated 14.03.2024, is cited by the Petitioner for seeking regularization with the Zilla Parishad, Parbhani, wherein, he has been working for about six months, by adding the earlier contractual service that he had put in at Hingoli Zilla Parishad. 3.

Being in contractual employment and that too after being disengaged from the Zilla Parishad, Hingoli, we expressed our disinclination. The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits, on instructions, that his representation dated 26.03.2024 be considered by Respondent No.2.

As such, this Writ Petition is disposed off.
