PER COURT :- 1.

Mr. Patil, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner submitted proposal for grant in aid. Same was rejected on the ground that, post of Head Master is not filled in. Subsequently, the post of Head Master is filled in. Even the approval is granted to the appointment of the Head Master after compliance of the deficiencies. Said proposal is submitted to the Education Officer, however, same is not processed.

Learned AGP states that in case, said proposal is received by the Education Officer, the Education Officer will process the same in accordance with law.

In light of the above, we pass following order.

O R D E R

The respondent no.2 Education Officer shall process the proposal received by it (Exh.H) and if found in order and in accordance with law, shall further forward it to the Government for taking appropriate decision expeditiously. The Education Officer shall do the said exercise within three months.
