Mr. Shinde, the learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners are entitled for the increments, more particularly in view of Government Resolution dated 6.5.2014. The Head Master has moved a proposal with the Education Officer in that regard on 7.5.2013, however, no decision has been taken. 2.

The learned A.G.P. says that in case the said proposal is pending with the Education Officer, the Education Officer will take decision on the same as per law.

In the light of above, we pass the following order:-

The respondent No.2 Education Officer shall take decision on the proposal submitted by the Head Master regarding increment (Exhibit "E"), if the same is not yet decided in respect of the petitioners, expeditiously, preferably within four months.
