Mr. Rodge, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Management has forwarded proposal to the Social Welfare Officer, Zilla Parishad, Hingoli on 3rd February, 2016 seeking approval to the appointment of the staff of the petitioner. No decision has been taken upon the said proposal and the salary is also not disbursed. 2.

The AGP accepts notice for respondent Nos.1 and 2. Mr. Pulkundwar, the learned counsel waives notice for Respondent No.3. Mr. Pulkundwar, the learned counsel submits that in case the proposal seeking approval to the

45-wp.7541-19.odt appointment of the staff of the petitioner is pending, then respondent No.3 would decide it on its own merits. 2.

In case, the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the staff of the petitioner (Exh-K) is pending with respondent No.3, then Respondent No.3 shall take decision upon it on its own merits in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within four months. Depending upon the decision that would be taken about the proposal for approval, further decision shall be taken immediately on the proposal for payment of salary.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
