We have heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners. The grievance of the petitioners appears to be that, the Nandurbar Scrutiny Committee is not accepting the tribe verification proposals of the petitioners.

The learned AGP, on instructions, submits that, the petitioners have not uploaded the proposals on the website of the Scrutiny Committee.

The petitioners shall file online proposals on the website of the Scrutiny Committee. The petitioners may also file the proposals Gajanan

in the physical form. In case, the proposals of the petitioners are complete in all respects, the same shall be accepted by the Respondent / Committee and dealt with on merits.
