Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and learned APP for the respondent / State.

The facts have been discussed in the order dated 18.07.2022. The applicant Ketan Shah was the friend of the complainant. He and his son introduced the other co-accused to the informant. They were trading in caustic soda. The complainant and the other co-accused were trading in caustic Soda. However, the transaction could not be completed. The case under Section 138 also filed against the co-accused. 3.

Considering the alleged role attributed to the applicants, the prosecution appears to have no material to have the

2 23-ABA.883-22.odt custodial interrogation of the applicants. Hence, the application deserves to be allowed. Hence, the following order:

O R D E R

(i) The application is allowed.

(ii) The interim protection granted to both the applicants by an order dated 18.07.2022 stands confirmed on the same terms and conditions.
