It is informed that elections to the Village Panchayat are over so also Sarpanch has also been elected. The objection is as regards prescription of reservation for the post of Sarpanch. The objection raised in the petition does not survive in view of the fact that elections to the Village Panchayat are already held as also Sarpanch has been elected.
