We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in terms of the order dated 12.07.2021 passed by this Court, the petitioner has filed an application before the trial court in RCC No.1357 of 2020 for issuance of warrant to original accused no.1 Deepashri Bade. Learned counsel, on instructions, submits that the trial court has accordingly issued warrant. Learned counsel submits that the purpose of filing this Writ Petition is over.

In view of the above submissions and since the trial court has issued warrant against original accused no.1 in pursuance to the cancellation of the anticipatory bail granted to the original accused no.1, we dispose off this Criminal Writ Petition. 4.

Criminal Application No. 1537 of 2021 also stands disposed off.
