The grievance of the Petitioner is that the Respondent-Corporation is not granting building permission.

The learned advocate who has caused an appearance on behalf of the Corporation submits on instructions that the Petitioner has not tendered the relevant documents necessary for the Corporation to arrive at a decision. He has tendered an application dated 29.03.2023. If all relevant documents are tendered to the Corporation, the Corporation would take a decision on the said application within 60 days.

The learned advocate for the Petitioner submits that all the relevant documents would be tendered to the Corporation within 21 days. 4.
