DATE : 16.11.2021 PER COURT :- The petitioner i.e. the Maharashtra State Co-Operative Bank Limited has fled all these Civil Applications for adding party. According to the petitioner Jalna Sahakari Sakhar Karkhana Limited is under liquidation and the liquidator has been appointed during the pendency of the petition. It is, therefore, requested that the liquidator is allowed to be added as a party.

Considering the nature of the dispute, the applications are allowed as prayed for. Necessary amendment be carried out within a week.

Notice be issued to the newly added party in the Writ Petitions, returnable on 28.12.2021.
