Three applicants, namely Chandrasen Bhausaheb Chavan (Petitioner No. 40), Kishor Dattatray Sonwane ( Petitioner No.9) and Manisha Bhagwan Wavre ( Petitioner No. 17,) pray for consideration of their cases for grant of old pension scheme in view of the Government Resolution dated 2nd February, 2024.

The learned AGP submits that no assurance can be given as to the manner in which the decision would be arrived at. The case of the Petitioners would be considered in the light of the concerned GR. 3.

In view of the above this Civil Application is disposed off. Since these 3 Petitioners intend to approach the State for the benefits

933ca6829-24 under the above stated GR, they will stand deleted from the array of Petitioners in the Writ Petition.
