PER COURT :- The petitioner is praying for quashment of the enquiry report, contending that, the same has been finalized, without extending opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. It is not a matter of dispute that consequent action based upon the impugned report has not yet been taken and as such, the contentions raised by the petitioner in respect of validity of the enquiry report need not be considered at this premature stage. The petition is, therefore, not liable to be entertained in exercise of jurisdiction under article 226 of the Constitution of India.
