The petitioner has put forth prayer clause (C), which reads as under :- "C) The respondents may kindly be directed to consider the objection filed by the petitioner and complete the process of Ward Formation taking into consideration Geographical Proximity with the assistance of City Survey Office and Assistant Town Planning Office, Beed."

The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that he has gone through the view taken by this Court vide Judgment dated 05/07/2022, in Writ Petition No.6765/2022, filed by Anant Baburao Golait (Gahilot) Vs. State Election Commission of

The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner desires to approach the concerned authority and request the said authority to decide the representation, which the petitioner contemplates to file. He prays for disposal of this petition so as to approach the concerned authorities. 4.
