Heard Mr.A.G.Godhamgaonkar, learned counsel appearing for the applicants. He submitted that the appeal is filed in year 2015 and same is admitted by this Court. Our attention was invited to the order of this Court dated 27.09.2017. The learned counsel submits that the appeal is now ready for final hearing. The monetary claim is involved in the appeal. He prays for early hearing of the appeal. He also submits that the appellant No.1 i.e. original plaintiff is in his advanced age as such he is anxious to have an early decision of the appeal.

The learned counsel for the others sides have no objection for early hearing in the appeal.

In view of the above referred facts the application is allowed and dispose of. Office is directed to place the appeal in the list of final hearing appeals in the week commending from 20.08.2018.
