Heard rival submissions.

It appears from the order dated 08.05.2024 that the parties have put their signatures on the settlement terms which is already marked Exh. "X" in presence of learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. Further, the office note also indicates that the appellants, in view of the settlement between themselves and respondent Nos. 2 to 6, have also tendered Demand Draft of Rs.42,02,144/- dated 30.05.2024, drawn in the name of the learned Registrar of this Court. 2.

In view of the same, the settlement pursis Exh. "X" is hereby accepted. The decree be drawn in terms of that

Respondent Nos. 2 to 6 are at liberty to file application for withdrawal of the aforesaid amount of Rs. 42,02,144/- along with the interest accrued thereon from the Registry of this Court.

If such application is made, then the aforesaid amount along with the interest accrued thereon till the relevant date be paid to respondent Nos. 2 to 6 without further reference to this Court.

The Second Appeal stands disposed of accordingly, along with the pending Civil Applications, if any.
