According to the petitioner Jalna Sahakari Sakhar Karkhana Limited is under liquidation and the liquidator has been appointed during the pendency of the petition. It is, therefore, requested that the liquidator is allowed to be added as a party.

Considering the nature of the dispute, the applications are allowed as prayed for. Necessary amendment be carried out within a week.
