We dispose of the writ petition by directing the respondent No.4 to accept the petitioner's request and make an appropriate proposal to the respondent No.3 - Education Officer (Primary) as expeditiously as possible and in any case within three weeks from the date the petitioner submits that application, whereupon, the respondent No.3 shall decide the proposal as expeditiously as possible within four weeks from the date he receive the proposal in the light of the clause 26.4 of the Secondary School Code, 1977 as interpreted by this Court in the matter of Janabai d/o.
