These applications are filed for stay by the acquiring body.

Learned counsel for acquiring body submits that in connected matter, direction was given to deposit 50 per cent compensation amount. He showed his willingness to deposit 50 per cent amount of

ca9122.17 compensation. However, considering the quantum of compensation awarded in the present appeal, I feel it proper to direct the acquiring body i.e. appellant no.1 to deposit entire compensation.

The execution and operation of the impugned award, passed by the Reference Court in Land Acquisition Reference Nos. 121/2005, 110/2005, 119/2005, 113/2005, 116/2005 and 114/2005, respectively, in above numbered First Appeals, is stayed, subject to condition that appellant no.1 shall deposit, entire compensation amount with accrued interest thereon, within 12 weeks from the date of this order, in this Court. In case of any default in depositing the amount, the stay order shall be vacated without back reference to this Court.
