Learned counsel for applicant seeks leave to withdraw the application with liberty to file fresh application before the Sessions Court after conclusion of investigation and filing of charge sheet. Allow to withdraw with liberty as prayed for. In case fresh application is filed after conclusion of investigation, the Sessions Court is directed to decide the same afresh without influenced by earlier order of rejection. 3.
