We have heard the learned advocate for petitioners and the learned Additional Government Pleader for respondents. 2.

The learned Addl. G. P. submits that, the petitioners have remedy of appeal against the impugned order. The learned counsel for petitioners submits that, uncle of the petitioners' has been issued with the caste certificate, as such upon rejection of the application by the Sub Divisional Officer has approached this Court.

In view of the fact that, petitioners have remedy of appeal,

2 wp 7472.19 the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to avail the remedy of appeal. All contentions are kept open. No costs.

If appeal is filed, the authority shall decide the same expeditiously.
