DATE : 21st JANUARY, 2021 PER COURT :- Today, learned APP produced on record report of the PSI of Police Station Kaij, District Beed dated 21-01-2021. The report shows that minor girl of 17 years and 08 months came to be detected and she is produced before this Court. With the report there is statement of minor girl. This Court has perused the said statement. Alongwith the report there is General Diary Details showing that provisions of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. The mother of minor girl is present. The minor girl and her mother submit that father of minor girl is dead. The girl wants to go with her mother. The custody of minor girl needs to be given to her mother. So, by preparing proper documents the police is advised to handover the custody of minor girl to the petitioner. As purpose of the present proceeding is served, therefore, Criminal Writ Petition stands disposed of. Authenticated copy of this order is allowed to both the sides. [ B.U. DEBADWAR ] [ T. V.
