It is an application for suspension of the sentence and bail moved by the applicants/original accused. 2.
Heard Mr. Gunale, learned counsel for the applicants and Mr. Sanap, learned APP for the respondent/State. It is revealed during the course of argument that the applicants were on bail during the course of trial and soon after conviction, they have been released on bail by the trial court. Maximum sentence awarded against the applicants is one year R.I. Fine amount of Rs.5,000/- has been deposited with the trial court. Under these circumstances, there is no reason to
keep the applicants/accused behind bars. It would be just and proper to release them on bail by suspending the substantive sentence. Hence, the order.
O R D E R
i.
The application is hereby allowed.
ii.
The execution of the substantive sentence passed against the applicants/original accused in Sessions Case No.45 of 2019 by the Additional Sessions Judge-3, Udgir is hereby suspended till fnal decision of the appeal.
iii. The applicants/original accused shall be released on bail on their furnishing PR bond of Rs.15,000/- (Rs. Fifteen Thousand) each, with one or two solvent sureties in the like amount by each of them on the following conditions :- a] They shall furnish their in-detail address with the trial court.
b] Bail before the trial court.

The application is accordingly disposed off.
