This is an application for restoration of the writ petition which has been dismissed for non removal of office objections, with a prayer for condoning the delay of 131 days.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the delay is condoned and the writ petition is restored subject to the petitioner depositing Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only) in the Registry within two weeks and remove the office objections within two weeks as well..
