Learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Degloor, by an order dated 22nd August, 2003 in
174.04crvn (2) Summary Criminal Case No. 511 of 2002, convicted the applicant-accused for an offence punishable under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act and sentenced him for simple imprisonment for one month and payment of compensation of Rs.42,000/-, in default, to suffer simple imprisonment for one month, which was confirmed in appeal being Criminal Appeal No. 39 of 2003 decided by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Biloli on 8th April, 2004. As such, present criminal revision application.

It is brought to my notice that the entire cheque amount is already paid by the applicant and he has already suffered imprisonment of one month as ordered.

In view thereof, in my opinion, present criminal revision application has rendered infructuous, as such, stands disposed of.
