Heard the learned counsel for respective parties. It is submitted that, this Court has already dismissed the appeals filed by present appellant in respect of award passed in other references U/Sec. 18 of the Land Acquisition Act and those are decided by common judgment wherein the lands were acquired under the same notification and for the same project and from the same village.

For the reasons stated in the judgment dated July 23, 2012 in First Appeal No. 121 of 2012 with other connected appeals, the
