Order :-

1. Present civil application is made seeking permission to spend amount of Rs. 44,41,000/-(Rupees Forty Lakhs Forty one Thousand) for the purpose of celebration of "Guru Pornima Utsav, 2016". 2.

We have heard Mr. Choukidar, learned counsel for applicant - respondent No. 2 and Mr. Jadhav, learned counsel for respondent No. 18 - original petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondent No.1 - State.

It appears that said Utsav is celebrated every year on account of "Guru Pornima". We have gone through expenses made in last year.

Considering aforesaid aspect, we allow present civil application in terms of prayer clause "B". However, with rider that applicant shall try to minimize expenses as far as possible.
