This application is filed for bringing on record the legal representatives of deceased Govind Maruti Patil i.e. appellant-original claimant. His legal representatives are shown as applicant No. 1A and 1B. The deceased died on 13.06.2021. There is also certificate issued by Sarpanch, Grampanchayat showing that applicant Nos.1A and 1B are the only legal representatives. While filing the application, there is delay of 1019 days. 02.

For the reasons stated in the application, the delay stands condoned. The application is allowed. The legal representatives be brought on record.
