According to the petitioner, the tribe claim is pending consideration with the committee since the year 2017. The learned counsel further submits that, vigilance is also not conducted.

In case the validation proceeding is pending with the respondent/Committee, then the Committee shall decide the same expeditiously and preferably within a period of three (03) months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 27.06.2019.

In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
