Learned counsel for petitioners makes a grievance that despite there being caveat, the order has been passed without hearing the petitioners and while the application is for stay, an order of injunction has been clamped and directed also to maintain status-quo regarding entries in record of rights. 2.

Although it is being so submitted, it appears to be expedient, in the circumstances, rather than being technical in the matter, the petitioners shall approach before the authority by filing a proper application either for vacating the ad-interim relief granted or for hearing interim relief application and the authority may decide on the same, as expeditiously as possible on merits without getting bogged down by these directions. 3.

Writ petition is disposed of.
