Learned advocate for the applicant submits that, though it is reported in the order dated 09.06.2023 passed in Writ Petition No. 5711 of 2023 with other connected matters that, respondent Nos. 4-A and 5-A are not necessary party, but in the later part of the said order it has come that notice be issued to respondent Nos. 4-A and 5-A, returnable on 07.07.2023.

In view of the above, the order dated 09.06.2023 needs correction by deleting paragraph No. 3 to the extent of Civil Application No. 6259 of 2023 in Writ Petition No. 5565 of 2023.

In view of the same, in the order dated 09.06.2023 paragraph No. 3 be deleted to the extent of Civil Application No. 6259 of 2023 in Writ Petition No. 5565 of 2023. Necessary corrections be carried out accordingly.
