It is submitted that the tribe claims of petitioners are pending consideration with respondent No. 2. The learned Assistant Assistant Government Pleaders accept notice for respondents no. 1 and 2 in respective matters. 2.

In fact, the petitioners ought to have approached the Court earlier. At the eleventh hour the petitioners are moving the Court.

Considering the fact that the petitioners are students and are desirous of taking admission in the professional course. Respondent no. 2 shall make endeavour to decide the proceedings in respect of the tribe claims of the petitioners expeditiously and preferably within three (03) weeks from the date of appearance of the petitioners. The petitioners shall appear before the committee on

The writ petitions stand disposed of accordingly. No costs.
