The petitioner is a lady, who is involved in a marital discord with respondent No.5, her husband, who has now retired as a police constable.

The learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Tuljapur had issued an order addressing the same to the District Superintendent of Police, Osmanabad, dated 22.08.2016, by which the maintenance amount was to be deducted from the monthly salary of respondent No.5. The petitioner prays that the amount should now be recovered from the pension of her husband. However, there is no such order passed by the competent authority.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to approach the competent court to seek such orders. 4.
